Shishito                            20
 Chopped pork100g
 Soy sauce1 tablespoon
 sweet sake1 tablespoon
 Shimeji mushroom50g
 Sesame oil1 tablespoon
 vinegar1 tsp
 ginger1/2
 White sesameAppropriate amount
 Mini TomatoThree

Methods To Make:

Preparation
Tear off the calyx of shishito by hand, holding the root of the calyx.
Cut off the shimeji mushrooms and separate them.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into 8 equal parts.
 
1Put sesame oil and shishito pepper in a frying pan and bake on medium heat.
* Please note that if the fire is too strong, the shishito pepper will jump.
